Super Unique Sundown by Panhandle Slim long sleeve western shirt in a gray hue.
The buttons are reversible so you can wear it as plain black buttons or silver. You can also change the side it buttons on. The cuffs are made for cufflinks of your choice. Pop the edges out and wear vertical.
There isn't a fabric type on it but it feels like a heavy silk or viscose to me. Not sure what material, but has that flowy silk feel.
